To ask His Majesty's Government what plans they have, if any, to establish national commercial agreements for pharmaceuticals used in Public Health Grant-funded substance misuse services; and whether any barriers prevent the extension of NHS Medicines Procurement and Supply Chain framework access to drug and alcohol treatment services.
