The Education Funding Agency is responsible for the payment of redundancy and restructuring funding to open academies and free schools in accordance with the individual Funding Agreement.
The amounts paid in 2011-12 and 2012-13 (to date) are as follows:
April 2011 to March 2012: £7,166,613
April 2012 to date: £3,762,424.
