I refer my hon. Friend to the answer the then Minister for the Armed Forces, the hon. Member for North Devon (Sir Nick Harvey), gave on 7 February 2012, Official Report, column 182W. As the Royal Navy is not tasked to carry out this role, no such assessment has been made.
