The £1.95 billion referred to in the Integrated Review Refresh is not exclusively for the purpose of replenishing stockpiles. It also includes spending allocated for wider resilience such as, but not limited to, improving the resilience of infrastructure and medical stores.
In regards to as to how the £1.95 billion figure is being allocated, I refer the right hon. Member to my previous answer on the 21 November 2023. The funding is still subject to contract and I will write to the right hon. Member in due course once the position has changed.

On current planning, funding for Service Family Accommodation is expected to be in excess of £1.2 billion over the remaining Spending Review period.
Funding beyond this period has not yet been allocated and will be confirmed as part of the next Spending Review.

The proportion of funding between the three Services is still subject to contract and therefore liable to change significantly. I will write to the right hon. Member in due course once the position has changed.

On the 30 of September 2023, there were 2,942 civilian personnel working in finance roles in the Ministry of Defence.
The Civilian Finance workforce data is extracted from the Civilian HR system and analysed on a quarterly basis.

The annual allocation of the additional £2.5 billion funding for stockpiles is in the process of being finalised and therefore specific figures will be available when negotiations have concluded. Totals will be published as part of the Supplementary Estimates process, expected later this Financial Year.
