Dr. Harris: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what consideration he has given to the case of Mr. Jim Norris of Fife Health

Ms Stuart: This is a matter for the Scottish Executive Health Department and does not set a precedent for patients in England and
Wales. There are no implications for health authorities and patients in England. Issues relating to Wales are for the Welsh
Assembly.
