Mr. Jenkin: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what reports he has commissioned from McKinsey and Company in the past four

Mr. Ingram: Since September 1998, Ministry of Defence records indicate that four contracts have been let to McKinsey and Company to
produce the following reports: Consultancy support for the Smart Procurement Initiative. Support to Equipment Capability Customer
Development. Re-energising the Ministry of Defence Change Programme-- Assessment of Defence Information Infrastructure.
