Tim Loughton: To ask the Secretary of State for Health how many reviews have been carried out by the Healthcare Commission since its
inception. [189437]
Mr. Hutton: I understand from the Healthcare Commission that it has published: 33 clinical governance reviews of national health
service trusts--mental health and primary care; 19 local reports on the implementation of the coronary heart disease national
service framework; one investigation; 34 inspection reports on private and voluntary providers.

Tim Loughton: To ask the Secretary of State for Health when the results of the Executive Agency review into job losses in his
Department will be published. [143055]
Mr. Hutton: The Department's review of its arm's length bodies will take place in the first half of 2004 and will cover executive
non-departmental public bodies and special health authorities as well as executive agencies. No decision has yet been taken on
publication of the results of the review.
