The Department is currently undertaking a review about the continuing entitlement of foreign nationals to access free national health service services. Once completed any proposals to change existing entitlements and access by foreign nationals to NHS primary care services will be the subject of a public consultation on the options available.
To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) what documentation a foreign national who seeks to register with a GP is required to provide;
