Proceeding contribution from Baroness Stuart of Edgbaston (Labour) in the House of Commons on Thursday, 20 November 2008. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Organ Donation.

There was an attempt in the House of Lords to introduce a transplant Bill that applied just to kidneys. The argument for such transplants is slightly different.
