To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many individuals were (a) arrested and (b) removed from the country as a result of enforcement operations conducted by the Immigration Service in 2003-04. - No figures. It has not proved possible to respond to the rt hon Member in the time available before Prorogation.
