- To ask the Solicitor General, if she will make a statement on the Crown Prosecution Service's role in (a) collecting, (b) reviewing and (c) analysing data on which they bring prosecutions; and what measures are in place to ensure that the Crown Prosecution Service fulfils this role. - It has not proved possible to respond to the hon Member in the time available before Prorogation.
