Mr. Beggs: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what (a) diplomatic and (b) formal protocols were observed during the visit of the President of Ireland to St. Joseph's Primary School, Bessbrook, Co. Armagh on 26 November. [204101] Mr. Paul Murphy: When President McAleese visited St. Joseph's Primary School on 26 November 2004 she was greeted by one of the Deputy Lieutenants for Co. Armagh in the absence of the Lord-Lieutenant.
