To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how HM Treasury is determining the value for money paid for the Inland Revenue's self-assessment on-line system.

Mr. Stephen O'Brien: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how HM Treasury is determining the value for money paid for the Inland Revenue's self-assessment on-line system. [127076] Dawn Primarolo: Determining the value for money of an individual project is the responsibility of the department implementing it.
