Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many older people whose discharge from hospital was delayed have acquired a healthcare-associated infection while waiting to be discharged in the last 12 months; and if he will make a statement; how many emergency readmissions associated with healthcare acquired infections there were in each of the last six years; and if he will make a statement. - Includes fact that data requested are not routinely collected.
