To ask the Secretary of State for Health, if his Department records the (a) hospital admissions, (b) operations and (c) dates of any operations undergone by individuals who have been diagnosed with new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease; and if he will take steps to make public such information; and if is Department records the names of those individuals who have been diagnosed with new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.
