If he will take steps to make available all information held by BNFL regarding its activities abroad, shipments of plutonium and spent nuclear fuel, in aid of the United States government's non-proliferation review; & what assistance HMG will give to US Govt plutonium proliferation review with particular reference to the thermal oxide reprocessing plant. - (Holding answer 21 June 1993).
