- If Lord Henleys answer at 15 Dec 1994 (c14WA), to effect that MOD keeps no record of armed forces officers who have taken up appointments with companies in defence industry means that they do not monitor in any way whether these officers abide by Official Secrets Act and by any restrictions 'which Dept may have been placed on their application for employment with prospective employer' from Official Secrets Act (as referred to by Lord Henley at c140WA).
