Mr. Blunkett: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment if she will list for each local education authority in England the percentage of the potential schools budget which has been delegated in the aggregated schools budget in each year since 1990, ranked according to the highest levels of delegation.[31837] Mr. Robin Squire: The information requested for the financial years 1994-95 to 1996-97 is shown in the table.
