Mr. Win Griffiths: To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many orders under the negative resolution procedure have been brought into effect on the day they have been made since January 1995.[23312] Sir John Wheeler: Since January 1995, six orders-- statutory rules or orders--under the negative resolution procedure have been brought into effect on the day that they have been made.
