- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has made to the authorities in the US on bail conditions for Christopher Tappin; and in which other cases similar representations have been made by his Department in the last 10 years.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has not made any representations to the US authorities about bail for Mr Tappin.Information on when similar representations might have been made by the FCO in the last 10 years is not held centrally.
