Super Injunctions
- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice (1) when he will bring forward proposals for the membership of the joint committee to consider law and guidance in relation to super-injunctions;

We are in the process of liaising with the chairs of the Committees with an interest in this area and with the House authorities regarding the terms of reference, membership and timetable for the new Joint Committee. An announcement will be made on these issues soon.
