Specialised Diplomas: Finance

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how much he expects to spend on 14 to 19 diplomas in each of the next five years; and if he will make a statement.
Answer

Estimated forecast expenditure on diplomas for 2010-11 is £198.3 million. Diploma spending plans beyond the 2010-11 financial year will be considered as part of the next spending review and funding levels will be determined at that stage.
