[223402] Mr. Hutton: [holding answer 22 March 2005]: The most recent research carried out on behalf of the Department by university of Warwick, Institute for Employment Research, on the market forces factor, was published in March 2002. Copies of the report titled `Spatial Variations in Labour Costs: 2001 Review of the Staff Market Forces Factor' are available in the Library.
