- Whether Committee on Safety of Medicines carried out any investigation into circumstances surrounding Eli Lilleys failure to report deaths attributed to Opren to USA Food & Drug Administration & whether Eli Lilley indicated to Committee prior to launch of Opren that drug would cause particular problems for elderly people taking it (holding answer 16 November 1987)
