SMALL BUSINESS INSURANCE

That this House notes with concern the significant increases in insurance costs for many small businesses since 11th September and the difficulty many face in securing adequate public liability insurance and cover against the risk of terrorism; and calls on the Government to hold discussions with small business groups to explore ways of addressing these difficulties.
